Can’t really take my eyes off this one-of-a-kind magazine. Kinfolk Magazine, started in USA and published only twice a year, had just finished their second issue by the end of last year; but it has this audacious stroke of simplicity over their pages’ ideas and images. Kinfolk talked about their fondness over small gatherings—the secret, self-experiential tiny fête which could bring more warmth than any extravagant entertainments.

On november 12, our two beloved enthusiastic architecture media comrades, Jong Arsitek! and Fivefootway was doing our honor in holding a warm Surprise Stove at Haji Lane, Singapore.

We had been previously informed about the nauseating bureaucracy in Singapore for holding even such small street feast, but hey, they’ve nailed everything out! Our special thanks to Tanti and Adib whom efforts has encourage such affecting result. Kudos!

Keuken’s Project manager Prananda, with such surprises, had a lovely quality time with his good-looking sister Hana ;) last sunday. Cant figure of how it tasted since they made it only for themselves, nice.
